Heart of Grace Designs – Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please review the guidelines below regarding exchanges and store credit.
Return Eligibility
We offer a 10-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible:
- Item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
- Items must not be marked final sale or purchased using a discount or brand rep promotional code
Returns must be requested and approved within 10 days of delivery. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

File a return request through the Shop App using the packing slip included in your shipment
Return instructions and shipping details will only be provided after your request has been reviewed and approved.
Exchanges & Store Credit Only
We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
Approved returns are eligible for:

Size exchange (for full-price, in-stock items only), OR
- Store credit
Sale items and items purchased using discount codes are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
Return Shipping Fee
If your return is approved:

Customers are responsible for return shipping

A $10 flat shipping fee will be required for all approved returns
This fee covers return label processing and handling.
Exchanges

Exchanges are available for full-price, in-stock items within 10 days of delivery

The original item must be returned before the exchange is processed

Once received and inspected, we will ship your requested size (if available)
If your requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
Store Credit

Store credit is issued once the item is received and approved

Credit will be sent via email

Final Sale Items
All items marked SALE, purchased during a promotion, or bought using a discount or brand rep code are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange or store credit. No exceptions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at simplygraced22@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All damage claims must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Our team will respond to damage inquiries within 7 business days.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Approved EU returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only and are subject to the $10 return shipping fee.
