Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

If you selected a purchase option at checkout (including pre-orders, limited releases, or promotional offers), please review the following cancellation guidelines carefully.

Order Cancellation Window

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

To request a cancellation within the 24-hour window, please email simplygraced22@gmail.com with your order number included.

Pre-Orders & Special Releases

All pre-order items and limited releases are considered final once the 24-hour cancellation window has passed. Because these items are produced or reserved specifically for you, they cannot be canceled after processing.

Subscription or Recurring Orders (If Applicable)

If you are enrolled in a recurring purchase option:

  • You may cancel future recurring orders at any time before your next billing date

  • Once a recurring order has processed, it cannot be canceled

  • Processed recurring orders follow our standard Return & Exchange Policy

Shipping Orders

If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. Once delivered, it will fall under our standard Return & Exchange Policy, which offers exchange or store credit only (if eligible).

Promotional & Discounted Orders

Orders placed using discount codes, brand rep codes, or during promotional events may not be eligible for cancellation once processed.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation within the allowed timeframe, please email simplygraced22@gmail.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for cancellation

We will respond within 1–2 business days regarding cancellation eligibility.
